How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

To provide the Services, we collect—and have collected over the past 12 months—personal information about you from a variety of sources, as set out below. The information that we collect and use varies depending on how you interact with us.

In addition to the specific uses set out below, we may use information we collect about you to communicate with you, provide or improve the Services, comply with applicable legal obligations, enforce applicable terms of service, and protect or defend the Services, our rights, and the rights of our users or others.

What Personal Information We Collect

The types of personal information we obtain about you depend on how you interact with our Site and use our Services. When we use the term “personal information,” we are referring to information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can be reasonably associated with you. The following sections describe the categories and specific types of personal information we collect.

Some features of the Services may require you to provide certain information. You may elect not to provide this information, but doing so may prevent you from using or accessing those features.

Information We Collect About Your Usage

We may automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the Services (“Usage Data”). To do this, we may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (“Cookies”). Usage Data may include device and browser information, network connection information, IP address, and details about how you access and use our Site and your account.

We may obtain information about you from third parties, including vendors and service providers who collect information on our behalf, such as:

  • Platform providers that support our Site and Services (e.g., Shopify).

  • Payment processors that collect payment information (e.g., credit or debit card details, billing address) to process your purchases.

Cookies

Like many websites, we use Cookies on our Site. For details about Cookies used to power our store with Shopify, see: https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies. We use Cookies to operate and improve our Site and Services (including remembering preferences), run analytics, and better understand user interactions (our legitimate interests to administer, improve, and optimize the Services). We may also permit third parties to use Cookies on our Site to tailor services, products, and advertising on our Site and other websites.

Most browsers accept Cookies by default, but you can set your browser to remove or reject Cookies. Blocking Cookies may negatively affect your experience and certain features or functionality may not work correctly. Blocking Cookies may also not completely prevent information sharing with third parties (e.g., advertising partners).

Our website recognizes the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which enables you to opt out of certain uses or disclosures of your information. If we receive a valid GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of sharing/targeted advertising for the associated browser or device and, if we can associate that device with a Shopify account, we will apply the opt-out to that account as well. Learn more at https://globalprivacycontrol.org/. Other than GPC, we do not currently recognize other “Do Not Track” signals.
